I opened this same bottle in 2011 and was not impressed due to the strong tannins. 2 years later, this bottle has evolved! The berries are very prominent at the onset and the finish lingers at the back pallate. Loving this wine now! — 12 years ago

Amazingly smooth probably due to the messily 12%. Tons of deep fruit with notes of dark cherry and a slight balsamic flavor. Beautiful oak with a medium finish. Very enjoyable for the taste I had. — 13 years ago
