A good #sauvignon, very fruity with a long acid and fresh after taste — 10 years ago
Mellow and smooth we take it. I feel the need for food with this beverage and fortunately some sauerkraut sandwiches and hand rolls did ok for simple finger foods...but I feel like some more meaty food is needed here to flesh out the better nuances available in this drink, and some rice, of course. Preparedness is key, be forewarned. Greatness abounds and I was not prepared to handle this beautiful woman the way she wanted. — 10 years ago

Better than expected for a screw top. A little oaky but nice. Has nice aromatics — 11 years ago
Really loved this. Meade made with white wine. It wasn't so sweet like most straight honey and water meades, a bit drier. — 12 years ago
This was such a fun taste. Brought to me by a customer after discussing Chinese and Japanese wines. Drinks like the Kerner you’d find in Italy. Fresh floral, pineapple, pears, and white peppercorn on the finish — 7 years ago

Dewazakura is my favorite Sake brand. I am so happy to have found it locally, especially with all the other local brewers competing for shelf space. — 7 years ago
Nice minerality (well water from under a monastery in England), creamy texture. Not too exciting, but good for a cold night. — 10 years ago
I think it's pretty dry, good sake. — 10 years ago

I don’t understand others’ reviews. Maybe my sake palette isn’t developed. Maybe they aren’t drinking this on the beach in Maui. Either way, this is great. — 6 years ago
