Question Steve - making our first trip to central coast in a month. Going to Hilliard bruce, foxen, and maybe brewer clifton. Anything you recommend as a must hit? Potentially anything nice and intimate? Ampelos or Paul Lato? Thanks in advance!
Greg - HB and Foxen are good choices. Love Paul Lato's wines but he doesn't have a tasting room and rarely accepts appointments. Will reach out to Matt for your email address and try to put some thoughts together in the next few days. Cheers!

Stellar bottle. Perfume with ripe pear and honey. Great, bright acidity. Almost a little peppery. Super complex. Reminds me of a Dragonette SB from Happy Canyon. — 12 years ago

Nice Sta Rita Hills Pinot. Solid effort and drinking well right now. Mrs A claimed this bottle early on and was generous in allowing me a few sips over three nights. She would have rated it about three points higher. — 11 years ago
