Bière brune qui titre à 9.2. Mousse abondante, et petit arrière goût de caramel boisé. Pour moi, une de mes brunes favorites — 9 years ago

Macerated plum, cinnamon. Tastes like apple pie, touch of herbal bitterness in finish. Perfect for the fall season. — 10 years ago
Flowery aroma with hop and coriander, light attack and sharp bitterness. — 10 years ago
Nice surprisingly good Local Red. Not to many Belgian wines make it to the local markets as this is the kingdom of beer. Good Pinot and Cabernet blend that does not overpower - this is quite smooth. Goes very well w/the standard Red pairings. — 11 years ago
Has always like Chimay, and this one does not disappoint! — 8 years ago
Bon ok elle a déjà été mentionnée mais elle fait partie de mes préférées. Une petite brune ambrée avec un mélange boisé et caramélisé. J'adore — 8 years ago
Cloudy chocolate color with a thick head. Rich creamy mouthfeel. Fig, prune, chocolate and baking spice. Toasted grain on the long finish. Thats a pretty beer! — 8 years ago

This one was really nice. Similar to Delirium, but slightly less sweet. — 9 years ago
Outstanding amber here. Flavorful and pleasantly malty with a long lasting finish. Hard to believe this one is 9%.......until you have a few. 4 packs are on deep discount at the shop right now. Only $5.99. Super deal. — 9 years ago
Smooth, creamy, smart. Comfortable. — 10 years ago

Bière fruitée et rafraîchissante à la fois. — 8 years ago
nice and crisp white wine — 9 years ago
2005 vintage - lots of dour red cherries on the nose. Palate is similar but adds raspberry and baking spice notes. — 9 years ago
One of the best Belgian ales around — 10 years ago
Forgot this was in the fridge! — 10 years ago
This is pure enjoyment and concentration of beer. Makes you think that sometimes life just doesn't get much better and delicious than this. It is pure and refine, with delicious nuances and complexity and finess. 93 pts. — 11 years ago

Latest release. Bretty and funky and fruity and full of coriander. Refreshing and tasty, but definitely not for the Brett averse. — 8 years ago
