— 8 years ago
GL Portugal tasting 2/15/17. Nose with violets and savoriness that seemed to have opened up with time. At first more fruit driven. Palate that's really complex and yummy. More complex than'13 which suffered from a heat wave. 60% new oak and. Only 48 bottles left! — 8 years ago

Dried red berries and dried Herbs de Provence, with a slightly sharp nose reminiscent of the hot Tuscan sun. On the palate a bouquet of soft red berries and a and a fun potpourri of spices; with a smooth tannic finish. Fun Tuscan blend, remember to decant! — 9 years ago
Very well balanced. Cherry, plumb and strawberry. Quite sweet. — 9 years ago
Fresh and almost "prickly" showing great fruit up front and a classic dusty malbec dry finish — 10 years ago
Be patient to get the most from this wine! Slightly Orange with a textured mouth feel. Don't serve cold but just chilled. Could be decanted. Fermented apples, marzipan/almond paste with a honey note developed after several days of opened (5!) robust and well made. Be patient! — 10 years ago
Very international style. Red fruit and mocha. And, yes, that label is made of cork! — 11 years ago
