Dry left bank Bordeaux style blend from Chile. Dry, and tannic. Not very green at all. One of my faves — 3 years ago
This wine shows a medium-dark ruby tint in the glass. Its nose is laden with dark fruit - blackberry, plum, currant - and laced with licorice, leather and sweet oak spice. The palate puts on an amazing display of fruit while serving up a savory side that stops just short of bramble. The tannins are firm and the finish lingers quite a while. It is a delicious wine. — 4 years ago

Cab / merlot left bank blend. Earthy, leather. Great with food. — 6 years ago
1986 vintage. Light to medium bodied, still has good fruit but low on complexity. Dry and clean with no sourness or funk. 12% ABV. From the FIL’s collection. — 6 years ago

Last night I opened the 2018 Los Vascos Cromas Cabernet Sauvignon Gran Reserva. A Domaines Barons De Rothschild-Lafite from Valle de Colchagua, Chile. A blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Syrah and 5% Carménère.
On the nose was black cherry, blackberry, plum, mint, black currant, herbaceous, chocolate and earth.
On the palate there was black cherry, blackberry, black currant, baking spice, black pepper, chocolate, graphite and dusty soil.
This is a full bodied wine with a smooth plush mouthfeel medium+ acidity and medium + fine tannins that has a long dark fruit crushed gravel finish. A very nice wine and great QPR. Please enjoy the week ahead and try and be good friend. Stay safe and healthy and we will prosper innthe week ahead. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷🍷 — 3 years ago

Pale salmon in color.
Strong nose of raspberries, strawberries, limes, green apples, minerals, yeast, spices and bread.
Medium bodied with medium plus acidity and small bubbles.
Dry on the palate with citrus, white cherries, strawberries, earth, spices, yeast, apples, pears and light grapefruits.
Long tangy finish with light almonds.
This is a delicious Rosé Champagne from the house of the Rothschild family. Nicely balanced with a great mouthfeel.
Loved the nose here, and the bubbles are nicely integrated and not intrusive at all. Very easy to drink.
Really good right out of the bottle, and better after an hour of airtime.
Elegant and luxurious, with nice complexity.
Good by itself or with food. I paired it with Avocado Tuna Tartar.
A blend of 85% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Noir. Kosher and not Mevushal.
12% alcohol by volume.
93 points.
