Fruity, medium bodied and good finish. Good accompaniment to sous vide london broil ($20). — 9 months ago
signature PYCM on the nose, reductive minerality, honeysuckle, white peach and peach blossom. On the palate, lots of floral undertones, a hint of toasty oak and a ton of minerality. Outstanding but short of the razor acidity of en refills, maybe due to the warmer vintage — 2 years ago

Pale yellow. Lemon rind, dusty tones, almond oil, minerals. Enjoyable. — 5 years ago
2006 Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Batard Montrachet. White burgundy course during K charity wine dinner, alongside the '07 Lafon Montrachet. This wine had a little more acidity, pineapple, brioche, and light minerality. Gorgeous wine, but definitely lighter and a touch more acidic than the Lafon. Always great! — 7 years ago
