Touraine is about a 3 hour drive west of Sancerre. Vincent Ricard has a good lineup of wines. I also like his Gamay/PN blend. — 10 years ago

2009, Domaine Vincent Ricard, Le Bouc Sauvignon Blanc, Touraine. One of my favorite producers. Very good SB, acidic with lots of citrus. Excellent with pan seared Paiche. No oak, unlike his Trois Chenes cuvée. Last of 6 bottles. Great value. — 10 years ago
