I love Auxey Duressss. Similar to Pommard, but a bit less earthy and more fruity. Very smooth, cherry on the finish and some vanilla. — 9 years ago
For a 9 year old Chardonnay, this was so buttery and beautiful apple notes. Paired with roasted lamb . — 10 years ago
Amazing!! Youthful, with such earthy aromatics. Perfectly balanced mouthful. Such a pleasure to open and savour. — 6 years ago
1969 - Well structured and vigorous. Porcini mushroom, damp soil and tobacco give way to muted sour-cherry, red plum and tea. Round and rich in the mouth with a nice balance of fruit, tannin and acidity. — 8 years ago
7th bottle from this case. Somehow much more alive than its sisters. — 9 years ago

Drank 1994. Buttery, green apple taste, esp. For Chardonnay. Heavy, rich. We all enjoyed. — 9 years ago
2011. Such contrast to the Ampeau. So young and taught. More expressive by the minute. — 10 years ago
Nothing deep, just a nice, well-stored mature Burg. — 10 years ago
