Lovely white burg — 9 years ago
Dark golden color. Lemon curd, honey, pear, touch of tangerine citrus, love the freshness and acidity on the mouth that had the wine showing much younger than its 22 yrs. — 10 years ago
I love Auxey Duressss. Similar to Pommard, but a bit less earthy and more fruity. Very smooth, cherry on the finish and some vanilla. — 11 years ago
For a 9 year old Chardonnay, this was so buttery and beautiful apple notes. Paired with roasted lamb . — 11 years ago

Drank 1994. Buttery, green apple taste, esp. For Chardonnay. Heavy, rich. We all enjoyed. — 11 years ago
2011. Such contrast to the Ampeau. So young and taught. More expressive by the minute. — 11 years ago
Nothing deep, just a nice, well-stored mature Burg. — 12 years ago
This 1997 was so good! — 13 years ago
A little past its best. Amazing colour and opened up eventually — 9 years ago
1969 - Well structured and vigorous. Porcini mushroom, damp soil and tobacco give way to muted sour-cherry, red plum and tea. Round and rich in the mouth with a nice balance of fruit, tannin and acidity. — 9 years ago
7th bottle from this case. Somehow much more alive than its sisters. — 11 years ago
