This was my pairing with Boeuf Bourguignon, which took about 6 hours! The dish turned out well, but the wine was on the syrupy sweet side. Still good. Happy St. Nicolas Day!

Follow up: Just like the dish, this improved on day two. Still a bit sweet, but more subtle. — 4 months ago
