Blooming acidity. — 6 years ago
Tout est fondu, c’est équilibré, rien à redire si ce n’est un petit manque de complexité. J’ai adoré la finesse — 6 years ago
Great with caviar — 6 years ago
Surprisingly fruit forward. Medium plus bodied. Spice, red fruit, chalky tannin. Very easy drinking. — 7 years ago
Une bonne Syrah sur des fruits noirs, avec un début d'arôme secondaires, le tout très équilibré. Super rapport qualité prix! — 9 years ago

Balanced, warm, fruity — 4 years ago
12.5%. Very very good. Hint of brett - tart and closed. But boy is this complex. Earthy, Kashmir red pepper, perhaps even a hint of tomatoes 🍅. Orange bitters on the back palate. Like silk much better than many Burgs I had in the last six months. From Max Kogod and I will buy the last bottle and the other cuvée from this producer best Trousseau I had in a long time! — 6 years ago
Woooowwwww!!!! C’est très très grand, ultra complexe et ultra facile! Un des plus beaux cote rôtie dégustés — 7 years ago
An excellent #meursault I found the acidity slightly too high #perrieres #gaunoux #chardonnay #whiteburgundy — 7 years ago
Had with oysters and was divine. Great lees undertone and extremely aromatic, hitting all the right notes. Well played, sir. — 9 years ago
Un grand pauillac? Not sûre. C bon. Une côte rôtie encore. — 9 years ago
Wild and lively. Has some raw red meat. Develops polish with air. Electric. — 10 years ago
This + Szechwan green beans? Delish. Another triumph, @baygrape! I'm ready to re-up very soon. — 10 years ago
A blend of Grenache from the right side of the Rhone river and Syrah from the left side cooler adds some freshness — 11 years ago
Jasmine, quince paste, spiced pear, lemon curd, pineapple sweetness, punchy. Touch of lemon pith at end, but tons of juicy acid. Creamy / lactic. Chalky minerals. Layered, delicious, weighty.

Delicious. — 6 years ago
Gripping, austere, reductive, mineral-laced and utterly cerebral. That describes the general appeal of this very well-crafted entry level bottling. But it remains expressive, aromatic, lifted and graceful. This vintage has proven to be one of the best gateways into serious and traditional Burgundy wines for many of my customers, earning it a couple of extra points from me. — 6 years ago
Stone fruit, really acidic, huge nectarine that's not quite ready, lemon. Nice to have a great Chardonnay that isn't Oaked. Our first Chablis, which made it more special! — 7 years ago
Fine bubbly. Strawberry, beautiful light orange, natural color. — 9 years ago
Light to med gold in the glass. Apricot and honeysuckle in the nose with stones. Huge in the mouth. Very rich. Best Niellon I've had. — 10 years ago
An exquisite wine that still held its own after 3 glasses of red! — 11 years ago

Thomas Pico is one of my favorite Chablis producers. Chalk, oyster shell, under ripe green apple. Acid High. Delicious. — 3 years ago
