Brioche and lemon cream. Lovely! — 6 years ago
From Mag. Mature... a hint of apple and sherry but not too much. On the palate broad and slightly lush with settled acidity and decent length. Given this is s mag, it's probably worth checking in on these as their time may soon be up, but for drinking right now- very good — 7 years ago
Rich amber color. Ripe-apple, dried fruit, nuts, new plastic, and butterscotch. A bit of oak and mouthfeel from the juice, cherry and raisins lingering a bit on the finish. 9/26/16 — 8 years ago
Tart cherry on nose upon opening confirmed tartness on 1st sip. Controlled oak and subtle tannins.....after 20 minutes Bing cherry and ripe strawberry with a hint of dirt and leather to round out the finish. Drinking well good balance of structure and finesse. — 8 years ago
Deep, rich, crime brûlée and citrusy notes with the apple lead. Refreshing. — 9 years ago
Naso invitante di frutta e inizio di idrocarburi, non particolarmente persistente ma dalla beva gourmande — 9 years ago
I really like this champagne. Crisp, fresh, certain aroma but not too rich. Good for matching with dishes. Not destruct the foods. Want to drink this as daily champagne. — 10 years ago
Granny Smith apples and nice touch of minerality — 11 years ago
Very delicious. Peppery and sooo good — 5 years ago
Dude. We we’re eating Indian when we opened this bottle & it was the most perfect thing with the cuisine on the table. It’s mineral, it’s acid driven, it’s flavorful, there’s the right amount of RS with a refreshing zippiness that just kept me coming back for more. — 5 years ago
Great as always, carrying more spice and starchy components, still weighty, nice power. 60 PN 40 CH; 12/2016 Disgorgement; 2.6g/L dosage. — 6 years ago
Wow my new fav sparkling rose. Not too dry, right balance of acidity and sweetness. — 7 years ago
Disgorged Oct '14, Not familiar with this cuvée, but Aubry has been a hit with me, great richness, showing development, beautiful acidity. Really solid wine. — 7 years ago
A fantastic wine , amazing nose and good palate. Best paired with a oven baked dorado from Ligurian sea. — 8 years ago
Promising. L006 far far too young. Lovely tannins in the finish but will need a decade or three to articulate. — 9 years ago
Magnific Wine :) — 9 years ago
5 years old and this is pretty fresh and bright. Ripe peaches and marshmallow. Pairs well with Cowgirl Red Hawk, the stinky cheese seems to bring out some light sweetness. Great stuff. — 5 years ago
Solid product, but lacks depth. Heat is pleasant but not overpowering. The vanillin on the other hand is overpowering. — 5 years ago
Favorite from Chelsea wine store. Yeasty a little tart and not too bubbly — 6 years ago

Just it's name #elixir then there's the #chartreuse factor. Just WOW! In France it's even sold in some pharmacies and I get that, but if this is medicine Mary Poppins, then give me more — 7 years ago
A just a little sweet. Love it! — 8 years ago
