There aren't many wines that make me say "wow!" On the first taste. Black fruit and warm baking spices on the nose with honey/toffee notes. Palate is velvety pleasure with plum, leather, and sweet cappuccino coffee. This is a rich and beautiful wine at a perfect point in its development. — 11 years ago
Lucious dark fruit, with prune-like notes and a lot of maquis herbs. — 12 years ago

Slightly muted but very fruity nose full of red raspberry, cherry, plum and blackberry. The deep color deceives the delightfully juicy, fresh and fruity palate. Juicy flavors of black raspberry, red raspberry and black cherry leads to big, fresh acidity with a touch of earthiness and tannin. The finish is long, fruity and a little earthy. — 10 years ago
