One of my favorite whites, medium price, mineral-ey taste, good sauvignon white. — 6 years ago
Such a beautiful and elegant rosé. Truly everything you want — 7 years ago
Another slam dunk from Alsace! Liquid gold from the great -15 vintage. Nose is oily and full of liquorice, fennel, lots of tropical fruits, and chalkywet minerals; on the palate the wine is equally oily, fruity, robust, peppery and with a high-octane finish. Will keep a box for a few years. — 8 years ago
Wow, now this is the best Rose I have had yet this summer! Strawberry and watermelon greatness. — 9 years ago
Lemon and crushed shell nose. Lemon zest, pez-like citrus acidity, minerals. Well made — 9 years ago

Bought this to be the "wine before the wine" bottle and while light and crispy (as you would expect) , it really holds its own as far as strength on the flavor profile. Highly recommendable Sancerre #sancerre #wine #whitewine #domaine #france — 11 years ago
Dry, peach, lemon and apple nice one! — 11 years ago
A super concentrated Sancerre. Thanks old vines! Oyster shell minerality. — 13 years ago
Typical Rosé nose, slightly darker in color, more body than many Rosé- dry with a touch of sweetness, some strawberry, maybe peach and a hint of grapefruit. Some minerality and acidity. Pretty good! Took to the Arena’s in Staten Island. — 5 years ago

Cherries and ripe raspberries, light, well-balanced. — 7 years ago
Minerality, river rocks, salinity, apricot, orchard fruit, grape fruit. Some spice on the palette, nutmeg perhaps. Peach in the finish. High acid, lighter medium body. Beautifully well-balanced and delightful. — 8 years ago
Gordons tasting Deiss 6/6/17. $26. #1. Low production at one third allowed. 10,000 cases total for the house. Classic cool climate Pinot nose of bright red berries raspberry Anna minerals. Medium and tart body with medium acidic finish. Good value. Mix of Pinot noir and others on granite soil. Delicate and minerals and long. — 9 years ago

WoW what a good one ! Mineral and fruity nose at once : lemon, white flowers, a bit of crushed rocks with too. Superb. The palate is well balanced with a sheer acid backbone and some nice texture and grip all along. Lemon is there to play its part. Long finish with lemon and rocks. A sancerre that plays in the Chablis league ! Love it — 7 years ago
Picked up this 6 Euro bottle a few weeks back & paired with Italian tonight. Still trying to learn what it is I’m smelling and tasting... — 8 years ago
Simple and savory, light in body but meaty in flavor. Easy to drink, would go well with most foods! — 8 years ago

Prieure Saint-Hippolyte - Languedoc - Blanc
50% Grenache Blanc, 25% Viognier, 25% Vermentino
Nice fresh fruit, dry, Peach, pear, floral, wax, stones.
Not the biggest, baddest, longest aging wine ever, but... a very well made Languedoc Blanc to be enjoyed now, under $15.
Guessing 11-12.5% ABV (label range 11-14), went nicely with an omelette dinner.
