WoW what a good one ! Mineral and fruity nose at once : lemon, white flowers, a bit of crushed rocks with too. Superb. The palate is well balanced with a sheer acid backbone and some nice texture and grip all along. Lemon is there to play its part. Long finish with lemon and rocks. Nose is oily and full of liquorice, fennel, lots of tropical fruits, and chalkywet minerals; on the palate the wine is equally oily, fruity, robust, peppery and with a high-octane finish.
