This was pretty damn good. Stood up well in terms of concentration and depth against the Gramenon I had the night before (this was from memory of course). I guess pairing it with one of the best beef short ribs I've ever eaten does not help to keep it unbiased. — 8 years ago

So dark. But such great acidity and lightness. Violet, blackberry, Rosemary, basil, mint. Soft and lively acidity. Dances in the mouth. Eating with leftover Greek style chicken. Just omg. — 9 years ago
