Un verre de mousseux dans China Town.

Another sparkling from Savoy / Mont Blanc region, made with Gringet grapes, 12.5%. Beautiful golden color, with nice perlage. Mineral nose, pleasant. I had it with oysters from Bretagne and it was a fantastic pairing: the minerals in the wine brought out all the sapidity and the roundness of the oysters. I will definitely try it again. 85/100 — 11 years ago
Ahhhhh....Ayze. Alpine fresh air on the nose. Wild flowers. Super airy and clean. I did not get cider like my partner @Matthew Cohen did. Super complex. So many unique and Gringet like scents. Hard to describe. Palate is wonderfully elegant and super expressive with major acidity and freshness. This needs air. Structure is dominant the first 15 minutes then it gets more expressive on the palate. Lovely tension on the finish. Super geeky and super delicious. — 6 years ago

Awesome golden hue medium bodied obscure grape from savioe ... bright, minerality driven, beeswax, pitfruit, soft citrus blossom, funky natural finish, impressive — 9 years ago

Gringet! Love this nose. Hay, herbal, alpine, feral, piney, so different and invigorating. Superb alpine air minerality. Great purity and such clean mousse. Lovely sap and extract with terrific persistence on the finish. Very pure and very clean. Such a unique and delicious wine. Not much fruit which is a very good thing. — 6 years ago
Awesome balance of acid and roundness. Saline, Meyer lemon pith and juice, minerals. — 8 years ago
Wine of the tasting for me, with the gringet. — 12 years ago
