Damn Fine on the palette with a warm, dark finish!
Great for any occasion with friends or… treasure it on your own! — 5 months ago
Getting ahead with some research off to Saumur/Loire Vallée, this little Saumur Champigny punches above it's weight, up there with mid level burgundy, climate change has done well for Cab Francs, Pinot Noir from Loire Vallée. Well structured, light but with a bit of depth, berries galore, bio organic too! — 6 months ago
Tamber Bey . 2018. Cabernet sauvignon. Yountville - Napa Valley. My new favorite vineyard in California. I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to find a good California cab. And when I say hundreds I mean hundreds. Finally!!!!!!!! This is the third bottle and they have all held true over the past six months. It’s not tart it’s not sour and has no crazy aftertaste. Just DANG good cab! Instead of describing what it is I’m going to describe what it’s not . Basically everything we don’t like in a wine is not here!!!!!! Only one more word: BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I promise you will not regret this purchase! — 4 years ago

Vintage 2021 | see earlier note | 6 months barrel aging and this was to be seen in a gold colour that makes you think the wine is older when tasted blind | vines between 50 and 70 years old | fine smell with vanilla, ananas, mango and melon. A tingling bitter that gives the wine character imo, good acidity. My wine friends found it difficult to place the wine. — 5 months ago
Really nice blue fruit and fresh cherry with a super clean smooth palate and nice tannins. A little cedar and spice. . Balanced TBL — 8 months ago
Really really good. Buy multiple bottles next time — 9 months ago
Smooth, light, floral, with a touch of honey. Paired perfectly with a hake and fish broth dish. — 2 years ago
Glorious. Delightfully floral, fruity, typical cab franc notes. Touches of cocoa, toasted almond, herbs, and a real soulful tartness. Truly a wine of balance, with all the complexity of the grape but also delicious now. This will evolve I’m sure but hard to beat how it is today. — 3 years ago
Perfectly balance of tannins. Great acidity. Not too jammy either. Lovely — 5 years ago
