Beautifully balanced, would like a little more aromatics, but it could have been down to the glass, great tannin structure, just the right amount of oak (as in no evidence at all). A wine to lay down for a few... — 7 years ago

Tamber Bey . 2018. Cabernet sauvignon. Yountville - Napa Valley. My new favorite vineyard in California. I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to find a good California cab. And when I say hundreds I mean hundreds. Finally!!!!!!!! This is the third bottle and they have all held true over the past six months. It’s not tart it’s not sour and has no crazy aftertaste. Just DANG good cab! Instead of describing what it is I’m going to describe what it’s not . Basically everything we don’t like in a wine is not here!!!!!! Only one more word: BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I promise you will not regret this purchase! — 3 years ago
