Sept 28, 2019. J2’s 5th bonus year celebration. Found this rare grape at our small town local grocery (???). My first Chatus experience. Lovely. Deep red, almost black in color. Tart cherries, nice finish. — 5 years ago

Incredible Traditional Brut! I really enjoy extra dry cava and while this is from France not Spain I’ll be buying it again. If the bubbles were smaller I would definitely give it a 10! It’s dry but has a long finish that’s amazing, really well balanced. — 5 years ago

My favorite wine. Flavors echoed the apple cider poached pears.
Earthy (wet/ozone post thunderstorm forest floor, button mushroom), burnt caramel, baked pear and apple, sage, agave, wild acid. — 9 months ago
