Waitrose. Delightful English white. Melon and peach, grassy and zesty freshness to it, slight acidity to cut through things but without lingering. — 5 years ago
A favourite of mine. This English lager is smooth, with a subtle malt flavour that has the slightest hint of fruit. Brewed using Saaz and Cascade hops it is in its finally stages re-fremented with champagne yeast and Nelson Sauvin hops.
All-in-all a delightful lager. — 6 years ago

Easy drinking patio wine — 7 years ago
Very serious and ageable Juliénas with a beautiful purity of stewed cherry fruit, cigar box and sweet spice. Hauntingly good (especially considering its David's first vintage). One for the cellar and to look out for in future. — 8 years ago
A gorgeously mild wine from the McLaren Vale region. — 4 years ago
Color of purple with brown hue on the rim. Nose of nice dark fruits, like plum, blackberry, vanilla, a bit cocoa, a bit violet, and a bit strawberry. Taste of dark fruits note, strawberry, polished tannins, subtle sweetness, peppery, quite silky, a bit too much bitter on a sense, some grassy note, ripe cherry, a bit coke cola, raisin, and a bit mineral. Aftertaste is medium with some more peppery note and bittersweetness. Quality Cab. Just a bit too sweet for me. — 6 years ago

Pale, medium effervescence. Less prominent Apple palate than I’d remembered but still there with coaxing. Balanced and drinkable. — 4 years ago
