Color of light purple and ruby, bubbly and really clear. Nose of ripe berries, ripe grapes, fermented cabbage, zest grapefruit skin, and hint of strength of alcohol. Taste shows juicy and acidic cranberry, ripe grapes, zesty rinds, a bit peppery, hint of tannins, clean, and full of flavors. Aftertaste is medium long following the tasting notes with addition of some graphite note. A bit too much bitter graphite note tops the balance. — 4 years ago
