Good morning! Breakfast of champions at our hotel which, is run by the producer of Clouds wine.
This is very pleasant. Not overly mineral driven which, can be the case with some producers in the area. Like, the complementary Delaire Graff sparkling poured at their restaurant last night.
Nose of, bright light citrus blend, Jasmine, spring flowers and lilies.
The body is rich. Light citrus blend, pineapple, touch of tropical melons, medium intensity volcanic minerals, nice chalkiness, Good acidity and a pleasant rich finish.
Photos of, the view from our hotel Clouds breakfast terrace, that beautiful red clay they are excavating for vine planting in the center of the hotel, cold breakfast bar and inside restaurant seating. — 5 years ago

17.5/20 (93/100) Свежий и элегантный аромат с нотами спелого белого яблока, воска, зеленой груши и молока. Довольно тельное и кислотное вино. Свежее во вкусе. Ни намёка на редукцию. Шикарный шенен! #capewine2018 — 6 years ago

Alder Springs makes Thingz with Zings! Does anything come from this place that isn't a laser or lightning bolt? Must make hair stand on end when you walk through it. I can just picture @Hardy Wallace picking his grapes looking like he had his hand on a van de Graff generator... — 7 years ago
Blackberry jam, currant flavors, visibly aged, very dark, some light chocolate flavors. Rich like a Cabernet Sauvignon. 2007. — 7 years ago
