Though I usually go for bolder, heavier wines there's something to be said about an elegant, soft pinot. That's what we have here. By no means an all time great, what Votre Sante is is a supremely drinkable pinot noir with bursting red fruits and chalk aromas and a light, pleasing mouthfeel with enough acidity to make the finish last. It's one of the best values out there, to be sure. — 11 years ago
