Taste is light, and follows the nose, right amount of acidity and tannins, zest, just a bit sweetness shows her subtlety, more cured meaty note dancing with the berry note. Gorgeous, deep golden color with small soft bubbles. Bright and airy on the nose with just the softest hints of brioche, lemon and peach. Crisp, bright and creamy on the palate with a great mousse texture. Surprisingly fresh flavors of peach, tangerine and lemon lead to just a touch of brioche and a big burst of crisp acidity.
