Crowd favorite after a little exposure to that thing called oxygen. — 8 years ago
Great wine to enjoy with friends like I did. Drank a magnum with 15 of my closest friends and a total crowd pleaser. Took some time to open up but after 20 minutes in a decanter paired perfectly with my med rare ribeye at Vic Stewart's. — 9 years ago

I get green papaya or green pineapple on the nose. Lychee too. Dryer on the tongue than on the nose, I was surprised - pleasantly! Very easy to drink. I will buy this again. It'll stand alone or be good w/ food. Most white drinkers in a crowd would like this. — 9 years ago
One of my absolute favorite go to wines to entertain a crowd of diverse drinkers — 10 years ago
I’ve seen @Ron R and others post this so many times with such praise, I had to try it. Such a great wine! Deep burgundy in the glass, this fruit-forward wine hits you with massive black fruit, sweet oak, hints of clove. Pop and pour, crowd pleasing goodness. Why did I wait so long to get this??? This may be the best sub-$50 wine I’ve had. Curious how this compares to prior vintages - anyone who’s tried the ‘15 as well as prior vintages please share! — 6 years ago

Good for a party where you need to please alot of different types of wine drinkers. The dry crowd might think it a bit sweet, while the sweet crowd might think they are cutting their teeth on dry. Good price point for this reason alone. White blend also a good choice. — 9 years ago

A very good beer that is extremely floral, appropriately. — 7 years ago
2010 vintage. Medium golden hue. On the nose, deep concentration of aromas. Waxy, canned apricots, white pepper, white flower, cream and hazelnut. On the palate, medium minus acidity, medium plus alcohol, full body and concentration. Longish finish. Very good. Would probably wait another 2+ years to reach another level. Drink now until 2022+. NB: serve chilled, as becomes fat as gets to room temperature. — 7 years ago
From magnum for a thanksgiving apero - full of vim and vigor though the fruit is a little lacking, reflective of the vintage. Nicely aged profile on the palate and a crowd pleaser without really firing. — 8 years ago
Cooked plum, fig, dates, red/purple flower, cinnamon, cocoa powder, clove, surprising light not super headed zin. Med plus tannin, 15.5% alcohol but doesn't feel like it. — 8 years ago
Best Morgon Lapierre I've had since the 2010. A real crowd pleaser for xmas time tables; balanced and fresh. In magnum. — 8 years ago
Very tight at first, after an hour or so the nose began to burst with citrus flower, baking spices, Pineapple, and vanilla bean. Very soft and subtle on the palate with orange zest, and apple pie spice. After four hours this baby ended up being one of the best of the night(in a powerful line-up)
