I don’t know how long I have had this bottle, as I don’t normally age NV champagne, but judging from the cork, this could be at least 7 - 10 years from disgorgement?

This has the slightest hint of oxidization that give it lovely nutty Unami. Still crisp. Creamy yet vibrant mousse. The best best NV Moet I’ve yet tasted. — 4 years ago
