Creamy certainly describes this 2014 Chardonnay. Slightly sweet with great floral notes. Would buy again. — 8 years ago

2012. Round with good acidity. Will rebuy. Great with absinthe-washed Miranda cheese from NY's Vulto Creamery and dried cherries. — 10 years ago
Great wine paired with Rogue Creamery Caveman Blue and Rogue's Mary Cheddar. — 10 years ago
Nice begin-finish after open for 4 hours on this split. Balanced dark Cherry liquor, grilled herbs & surprising perfume on finish w/Foxglove from Tulip Tree Creamery. No disappointment here. — 10 years ago
17.99 Zingerman’s creamery. 9/10 would buy again. Fruity but not sweet. Very drinkable. — 7 years ago

Enjoying this with Cowgirl Creamery Triple Cream Brie and truffle honey. Delicious! — 10 years ago
Nice and refreshing. Was great with the cheese tasting we did at Looking Glass Creamery in North Carolina. — 7 years ago
2011. Probably supposed to be drank fresher, and I've carried it to several family parties only to come home with it. The crown cap kept it fizzy and the fairly complex fruit flavors fresh tasting. Went great with apple and a ripened Dutch Girl Creamery Belle Sabine! — 8 years ago
Not a common grape especially from here in BC, Canada...An Austrian variety grape that yields a rich full.body taste...balanced acidity and tannins aromas od spiciness and dark fruit berries...accents of vanilla and paired beautifully as recommended with Brie cheese that I purchased from the .shop...yes a winery and creamery at the same location. What a better way to showcase and taste both facets of UPPER BENCH. The wine paired beautifully with butterflied stuffed chicken beast with Upper bench brie and herbs. ...wild rice on the side and grilled asparagus.!!!!...Need more!!!!😄 A young wine that I am sure would prove to be even better with a prolonged stint in the wine cellar. — 9 years ago
Apples, peaches, melon, vanilla and bread tones - soft, sweet and smooth nose. Perfect balance and the same creamery smoothness in nose. Perfect work with oak, great wine. — 10 years ago

Sharp, acidic, then tannic. Needs air...
Ok, it needed a nice Chapel Hill Creamery asiago-style cheese and Hickory Nut Gap pepperoni. It's still a touch acidic (though less tannic, now); just needs a good, strong pairing.
Edit: Another bottle a few months later was almost opposite. "Research" is required. — 7 years ago
