2015 for dinner with grilled NY Steaks salt a pepper finish. Fruit on the wine complemented the fat full flavor of the beef but the harmonious touch of dried herbs and an earthiness of mouth feel came together. In a really big sensation of married flavors to hand you the real deal. Beautiful Cabernet. Great wine and flavor combination to remember. Excellent. This one comes from a certified sustainable farm, with blackberry and dried cranberry character, a bit sweet and fruity at the end which makes it perfect for drinking by itself, it won’t go wrong with a nice steak! — 6 years ago

"Odedi"

This is a great Cabernet Sauvignon from Alexander Valley. Fruit forward with black fruits and chocolate notes, earth, vegetables, bell pepper, spices and peppercorn.

Nose of sweet red candy that fades out with airtime.

Full bodied and bold with medium acidity and long legs.

Good right out of the bottle and better as it opens up and shows some complexity and tannins.

After a few hours of airtime it is much earthier with lots of vegetable notes.

Would benefit from another few years in the bottle.
