Poured over ice - very light and very smooth. Enjoyable daily drinker. — 10 years ago
Beautiful and intriguing wine from off the coast of France, below Muscadet, where the vines grow mere inches off the ground from the brutal winds, and the soil is all schist rock. Dark cherries, tons of mineral notes, and also some wild game. Extremely taut acidity. — 11 years ago
Easy to drink, warm and slightly sweet. — 11 years ago
Lovely and buttery. Truly easy to drink. Good wine to share and introduce folks to Sierra wineries — 11 years ago

Wonderful wine. Comparable to Von Strasser Cab. Give it time to open up and get rid of the sharp, peppery edges & it will be smooth & round, with a dry finish. — 10 years ago
So peaty you love and hate it. But you really love it. — 10 years ago
Nice and smooth - good every day Scotch. — 11 years ago

This tastes nothing like it smells. Awesome. — 13 years ago
Damn you Tim Vandergrift, giving me highly hopped beers I am forced to love. Hoppy IPA nose if you're not paying careful attention. Systemic desensitization brings out pineapple and coriander, pine and orange blossom/terpene. Probably the third best IPA I've ever had. Good luck finding it, hand carried from BC. — 10 years ago
Pretty much anything out of Four Winds is fantastic and this certainly lives up to the standard! — 10 years ago

Great cab for $13 — 11 years ago
Simple but delicious. Screams for seafood with mayo involved, like a lobster roll. — 11 years ago
The most delicious beer I've had to date. — 13 years ago
Al Shikoh

Moderate reddish purple in color. Nose of sweet red cherries, vanilla, and subtle notes of earth as it opens up. Ripe cherry and raspberry fruit on the palate with baking spices. While not particularly complex, it is very balanced and approachable. Named for the sound of the Monterrey Bay winds through the winery's vineyards. — 10 years ago
