Quintessential Passito. Made with admirable respect to the tradition of making this particular wine. Its authenticity can be tasted in every drop, by recognizing its balanced yet complex flavor, without the aggressive (and artificial) sweetness of the many commercial labels that have flooded the market in the last couple of years. A real must if you want to know what a well done Passito tastes like. — 11 years ago
