This reminded me of the old chewing gum Chewels. The gum had a liquid center and when you bit into it the sugar syrup burst out. This wine was the same way. The flavor just exploded when you took a sip. Ripe red fruit that is so pure. Acidity galore. Chilled it for a hot second and that didn’t hurt either. I think it was around $28 and it was well worth it. — 2 years ago
