So, this crazy healthy/scrumptious veggie and cheese offering from my buddies at SoundSide in Morehead City, NC, is paired with this 09 Silverado Vinyards' Cab that blasts cherries and plums on the nose and throughout one's mouth slipping to licorice and figs as it slides slowly down one's throat lingering and languishing for a memorable while:).
