Nice and fresh, another bottle proving 2016 is better than 2015 to my palate in Beaujolais. — 6 years ago
A lovely 2012 burgundy...beautiful with imported European cheese! — 7 years ago
A classic white rhone blend from BC! elderberry nose and a sharp finish. a touch of peach. Viognier clearly dominates. Quite a lot of minerality but off-dry. — 8 years ago
Light. Fairly smooth. You can taste the terroir in this as well. — 8 years ago
Give this one a little time. But it may be THE (or one of certainly) benchmark wines for the appellation. — 9 years ago
Super tasty Bordeaux (Coop especially loved it) - Smoke, slate, cassis, dried cherries. Alcohol forward but smoothed out quickly once decanted. Enjoyed with pasta and White Christmas — 6 months ago

A lovely red wine for our evening! — 6 years ago
Light purple. Light body. Powerful, intense flavor. Old World style, dry and spicy not sweet and fruity. This is a splendid wine, from Vieux Lazaret (the grounds of the "old hospital") bottled by the Quito family who have been vineyard owners for three centuries in this area. — 7 years ago

Great storage on this one. Perfect match for a Wagyu Filet Mignon K&L notes as follows Perfect drinking 29 year old Bordeaux for about $1 per year! I love their 2004, but this wine is even better. 1995 was great Merlot year in Bordeaux and the grape shines through here. Sweet and fresh on the palate. The nose has some bottle Bouquet and touch of blueberry aromas. It is still lush on the palate. An old Bill Blatch find in the 80s. And it will cellar some more years with out a problem. Buy it by the case and enjoy with a short rib or lamb dish.

Nutty, dry, deft acidity. The best kind of balance between a French dessert wine and a sherry. — 9 years ago

Pinotman /// Andreas
Despite being ‚just‘ a Bourgogne this is excellent although at 43$ not cheap for a Bourgogne. No formal notes but trust me this is excellent. It’s a 1er Cru level wine at a very reasonable price point. Grapes are from Meursault and Puligny-Montrachet. Whole cluster pressed. So the wine is complex. Great texture! — 6 months ago
