This wine is perfect when you are looking for a Sauvignon Blanc with more muted pyrazines. The flavor profile skews heavily towards mineral, stony, and dusty notes, rather than vegetal or fruity flavors. Think Muscadet in Sancerre clothing! — 10 years ago
A rich great wine with spicy notes, Wine produced from one plot"Galinot" "flint on ground, a 50 years-old vines vinified ten months in half barrels of new oak, small production and great experience — 11 years ago
Beautiful Loire Valley wine. Perfect with fresh artichokes! — 12 years ago
Very light buttery wine with notes of minerality, hence the type of soil that the Aligoté grape is grown in. This is a first for me so I did some research. I also love the fact that they are aged in stainless steel vats; therefore, no oakiness. Will pair nicely with a chicken pasta dish. — 6 years ago

Typique. Citron/lime, minéral. Bonne acidité mais rien qui overpower le vin. C’est très bon, mais pas très complexe comme vin. Droit. J’aime bien! — 7 years ago

Première nez lychees passion fruit. The tropicalness disappears and becomes sharper. — 7 years ago
Dense and rich, yet highly drinkable. Layered, with a core of ripe black & blueberries, with some liquorice and garrigue in the finish. Fine grained tannins and good balance. Impressive. — 9 years ago
Aromatic, ripe Apple, pear, pineapple, earth, flint, minerality. M+ acid. M body. Lemon zest, saline, minerality. Another one that you can taste the earth. Long finish. Complex and lovely. — 10 years ago
Yum! Bright Granny Smith apple. Clean, pure fruit. Crushed stone. No funkiness. Having with New England chowder. Cuts the cream, yet has enough depth to be more than an accent. — 11 years ago
