Среднее тело с хорошо сбалансированной кислотностью. Вначале чуть закрыто и плоско, но подышав открывает красивую фруктово-минеральную фактуру с заметной глубиной. Естественно и органично. Very forward for a Loire Valley Sauvignon Blanc. Tropical fruit with some minerality on the nose. Persistent but not overpowering acidity with enough body to match. Some residual sugar on the palette as well. — 7 years ago
