Delicious white pech, honey, white flower, fresh green apple, lemon on the nose. Bit concentrated than 14 but still in bright side. Complex aroma. Med body, med p acid, silky smooth texture covered my palate. Dry minerality and sage savory herbal finish on the back. Perfect oyster wine, med plus finish of complex white peach and minerality. Aramon?! I had never heard of this grape. Not to mention this region... Sorta floral, light bodied, intensely flavored with red fruit just barely baked, chewy tannins, long finish. Anyway, fun new stuff for me. Holler if you know it.
