Impressive for Lufthansa to serve this independent Champagne in their first class! — 8 years ago
Checking in on this one. Purchased a case for the restaurant 2 years ago and it wasn't ready. Now it's beautifully subtle, quiet and peaceful as the place it comes from. I want to sleep naked in a bed with sheets that have the same texture as this wine. — 8 years ago
Complex. Very. Max minerals, flowers, fresh cotton sheets. Gedditinya. — 8 years ago
Hennessy Paradis rare cognac. At Moet Hennessy boutique apartment in Paris. Medium amber hue. Round and fruity on the nose, Christmas cake and nuts. Rich. On the palate, high alcohol, warming, almond character - big concentration. Full bodied. Good length. — 9 years ago

A Saint-Joseph party 🎉🍷wine! Wildly smellicious. Bloody animal carcass, pink grapefruit rind, uncracked peppercorns, cracked stones, hint of milk chocolate. Smooth, velvety soft, and gluggable texture. Not super concentrated, but plenty flavorful enough. Blood-soaked salty rocks, peppercorns, and some alien form of wild dark berries. No structure for aging, but funky fun right now. — 8 years ago
Paradis Imperial cognac. At Moet Hennessy boutique apartment in Paris. Medium golden hue. On the nose, pencil shavings and old wood, white pepper, savoury. Some vanilla essence and raisin. Nutty. Very complex. On the palate, calm and integrated alcohol, huge elegance and refinement, not too fruity, big concentration and extremely long finish. Superb. — 9 years ago
Green apples, grapefruit and floral. Hints of traditional Loire sauv blanc as it opened up. Medium + body, medium acid. Med plus finish. A great start to the night. — 9 years ago
Forever on my top 10 list XOXO Although I'm not used to it being labelled NV — 9 years ago

Really loved this... So elegant and the nose was so alive with stewed strawberry and sweet spices. Light and bright on the palate. 2006 — 11 years ago
Dryer than a typical desert rose. — 7 years ago
All the herbs and spice you could ever want, but with some wonderful nuances. Passion fruit and lime zest sing in the upper register above a subtle layer of smoky flint. Minerality that builds and lingers on the palate, finishing with a savory salinity. Superb. — 7 years ago
Changing rating here, there's a lot going on. The Syrah is deep with tar and blue fruits, cab adds another dimension of cassis. Lots of tannins and graphite. This is a nice wine. — 9 years ago

Old vine carignan and cinsault- outside Corbières appellation laws thus a Vin de Pays. Although still young and clearly has aging potential, super quaffable - but excellent concentration, intensity, and depth. — 9 years ago
Beautiful crunchy red minerals — 9 years ago
スッキリした口当たりのあとに、複雑だけどスッキリしたいろんな味、渋味や酸味プラスアルファいろいろがきて、後をひかずにきえてゆく…控えめながらしっかりとした個性と主張 — 10 years ago
Nice but rather simple. Promising aromas of berries but not as substantial on the palate. — 12 years ago
