Super floral, super delicious. Serve chilled. — 9 years ago
NOSE: mild, cooked fruit, a little carob. Inoffensive but not especially inviting.
TASTE: cooking spices, chicory, ash, a little bitter —unsweetened minerally dark chocolate - red fruit barely present and dried. Very balanced and elegant. This is going to kill with the herb roasted chicken I’m about to eat. 91. — 2 months ago

Fantastic budget Bordeaux. 2nd timing having it and feel much the same. — 4 years ago
A good reasonably priced bordeaux. Decanted for 30 min and by the second glass it opened up nicely. Raspberry, currant, and a touch of oak. — 8 years ago
Very nice balance of fruit bomb and structure — 10 years ago
2020 vintage. Big, darkly-fruited nose that rolls over to the flavors. Medium body. Great complexity for initial and mid-palates, Finish is where things drop off a cliff. Solid banger for the price. If only some of that impressive, frontal assault could be transferred to the back end, we'd be in clover. Nice, first-time BDX to get the palate rolling/draw people in tho. 3.15.24. — 2 months ago
Old lady holding her own very well. Mellowed but still lovely. — 2 months ago
Lemon color and has a clean smell of lemon and apple. Very balanced taste of pone fruits and citrus just like the smell. Enjoyable, strong body and finish. — 4 months ago
NOSE: Crayola, cranberry, a flower I can’t quite place, meat, iron, blood orange, raspberry. All light and receded … but color me intrigued!
TASTE: lovely lightweight Bordeaux - red fruit and floral flavors are muted but pleasant and elegantly “integrated.” “Feminine” is the right word. I love it! 91. — 6 months ago

Appearance: clear clarity, medium intensity, garnet. Nose: clean condition, medium intensity, aroma - cigar, black berry, fruitcake, stewed prune. Palate: dry, high acidity, medium (+) chalky tannin, flavour - dark cherry, chocolate, smoky, long finish. Conclusion, very good and approachable cab-sauv, great value for its price tag ($33), alcohol and flavour greatly integrated. — 11 years ago

Full bodied, dense, deep ruby Bordeaux. On the nose: dark mulberry fruit, cedar, & a touch of eucalyptus/camphor. On the palate: dark fruit, cedar and light tannins. After 40 minutes decanted the tannins recede and the soft fruit is delicious. This wine is fully mature and a terrific offering from Medoc. If you have it or can get it, drink now and enjoy! — 2 months ago
