Own this? Hide it for 10 years. There is so much going on in the nose - leather, camphor, winter baking spiced and lots and lots of pepper - to name a few. Nose blows you away but it was too busy in mouth

Light bodied and fresh, obviously young but has mature sensibility already. Solid acidity and subtle berries over top. I think the dull tartness will dissipate with some more aging. This is one of two options at the Relais De Entrecote in Paris (the other is 'house'). — 11 years ago
