Reminded us of a number of sours we've had of late. Consecration?Funky or bretty/yeasty and herbaceous. Much lighter than we thought it would be. Interesting — 10 years ago

Perfect warm up bottle before champagne. Palette prep is on point here turning on all the bitters, sours, sweets, and textures. This is my third round for this bottle and I am sure there will be many more if I have anything to say about it. This is the perfect drink for any moment all aspects considered in my opinion...if you haven't tried it I can't recommend it more highly. — 10 years ago
This makes for killer Pisco sours and a one off mojito. $NA / 89pts Youngs Market — 11 years ago
Quite an amazing Rosé. The fullness of the palate is an instant surprise. Fruit driven and very well balanced. For someone who can either "take it or leave it" when it comes to Rosé, this is an exceptional wine!! — 12 years ago

Upper House, HK; very bubbly, just the right amount of sours — 10 years ago
A strong, complex sour. Some sours tend to dull by the last few sips, this one packs a punch until the end. Super fine bubbles contribute to an almost creamy mouth feel. A real treat. — 10 years ago
Been getting busy with sours/Bretts as of late and I have to say that this is the most impressive I have had thus far.. Tart but not too, simplistic and bares an edge of decisiveness. The barrel age is on point! — 11 years ago
This wine is really showing nicely opening up as the night goes on with a good amount of cigar box spice black earth 3/4 red mountain fruit but it changes every year both have red willow merlot far western Yakima I'm he foothills the sours are the omers and they built a chapel on the hill and buried a bottle of hermitage there in honor of the oldest Syrah vineyard in Washington — 11 years ago
