Delicious in magnum. — 7 years ago
Much better on the empty-stomach palette. The notes on this wine that came with the glass are, "Lemon and Sea Brine. Bright aromas are Meyer lemon zest, Bartlett pear, nectarine, fresh dough and sea brine lead to a crisp, citrusy palate of lemon, white grapefruit, and minerals in this refreshing white from the south of France." I guess I wanted a refreshing glass. — 8 years ago
Very nice with swordfish. — 9 years ago
Great value for the price. Very fresh, crisp, dry wine with green apples and grapefruit notes. Pleasant acidity, not as „stingy” as usually Picpoul is. Perfect companion to simple spaghetti with olive oil, pizza with white sauce or any friend who just steps by to talk about summer vacations in the South of France. — 4 years ago
Drinking some birthday wine 😄 — 5 years ago
This is a wonderful find! It is smooth . It is well balanced, And perfect for seafood. I drank and used it to cook swordfish and it was excellent. I usually drink Chardonnay with fish but this was a game changer ! Not Oaky and buttery. But still fruit forward enough to be terrific!

It’s always a little nerve-racking the first time you invite a date to a favorite restaurant. Is he going to like it as much as you like it? Probably not possible. But then you sit down to wait for him and order yourself a snack and end up chatting with the woman next to you for the 30 mins it takes him to show up and she whips out her OWN bottle of the best wine you’ve had in months, who cares how well the date goes. This wine is simultaneously supple and subtle, and holds its own in a current of too many fish. — 7 years ago
