Vintage 2015 / there is an army of interesting 'petit vins' in France, that makes you happy when you taste them. This sauvignon blanc offers nice citrus smell, impeccable balance with lively acidity. Much better than mediocre Sancerre! We drank it with melon/ham and broadbeans/halibut. It's a terrific impuls for a good mood. — 9 years ago

I was worried about a non-discript 75 Burg from BV but knew ANDRE made these wines just years before. It wasn't the holy grail 46 Beaumont I tasted at Hueblein grand tasting at the Fairmont SF in around 81 but still has plenty of punch and backbone. Held up extremely well as levels Mid neck and cork sealed with hard mold. Been in my cellar at least 25 years! Great find...but no more out there. — 9 years ago
