Bourgogne Pinot Noir 2019 - domaine Christophe Auguste
Sour cherry and hay. It's very young, fresh and fruity
. The palate is made of tangy red fruits and that sour cherry note. A little bit of matter on the sides, a nice, soft mouthfeel, a little bit of a drying effect to kicks things up in the rear. Long finish with that red fruit note. It's not complex, it reminds me of Northern burgundy Pinot I had. Not bad ! — 5 years ago
