Many good things come from Spain, such as siestas, ceviche, and inquisitions. This Tempranillo manages to surpass all of these. Tannins that can scorch your eyeballs. Acidity that can burn a whole through your organs. It is a wine that is more complex than the Middle East conflict. Shout out to bibi btw. 👉🏻On the palate: Nice, brisk, lime-y acidity, with piquant minerality hovering over a jalapeño jelly soupçon. Padrones, vetiver and 7-Up. Lemongrass and musk. Smile.
