Not the Chardonnay. Light, fruity, easy. (Also see Co-Op Fairtrade Argentinian Merlot 2016 - lovely!!! 9.0) — 8 years ago
Affordable brand from a family co-operative in Argentina. Acidity turned into tropical fruitiness next to an Asian chicken dish. Would pair with Asian flavors again. — 8 years ago
Barrel. Beautiful wine. Very different from the "no vintage on the label" one. Very similar label - very easy to get it wrong. — 9 years ago
M= 8.6. Both - smooth, dry, as remembered. A favorite. Not as good at 2012. — 9 years ago
One of the best Chardonnays I've ever had. Great price. — 10 years ago
Sweet ending to a wonderful day...sweet being the operative word...sweet beauty from the Carmel coloration to the honey, pear, white flower nose...honey pear apricot on the palate as well as the wonderful noble rot one would hope and expect. Beautiful long finish. A perfect way to close out the weekend. — 7 years ago
Wow. At £6.5 this is a keeper! Stock up, folks. Sings in the mouth, the palate echoes pleasure. Red currants and strawberries, raspberries with squeeze of lime, with perfect dry finish. — 8 years ago
Very enjoyable - delicious on its own. — 8 years ago
Pretty nice, had with salmon — 9 years ago
Wowowowowowow. Super dry, light, lemon and herb flavors. Really really lovely. — 9 years ago
Not about the fruit or surface aromas. It is only about the limestone mineral density. No concessions whatsoever. Very old-viney and high-altitudy. — 7 years ago
Drank on 8/10/17 a very subtle wine, I like this. Another good inexpensive Merlot — 8 years ago
I love Picpoul and this was a cheap and easy bottle to pick up! Particularly refreshing and enjoyable, one can't go wrong. — 8 years ago
Dusty, fresh cherries. Elegant, with earthy tones. Floral highlights. Balance and finesse are impressive for a co-operative wine. — 9 years ago

Sharp and focused. Exceptional Blanc de Balance fron Les Menil from a co-operative... sometimes co-operative is not a bad word — 10 years ago
