My first taste was a bit harsh but once I kept sipping I fell in love with this wine. A mix of earthy and fruity with a velvety feel. It went great with some pasta I had for dinner. I love a good red and this is definitely a good red. — 8 years ago

100% 80-100 year old Grenache. Very deep robe. Lots of dark cherry fruit, almost kirsch, leather, Bretty in a nice way. Powerful palate, tannins quite rustic, ripe, full fruit. Long. Young. — 11 years ago
Garnacha, Cabernet Sauv., Carignan, Tempranillo. Very good! — 13 years ago

smooth, dry, velvety, easy finish, balanced, very mild and pleasant note of cement, doesn’t require food, my favorite selection so far from Winc. — 8 years ago
Where many rose have a brightness immediately on the tip of the tongue and then the flavor disapears. This wine just begins when others end. All in all very solid and for a 10 dollar asking price at over charged whole foods...its worth a 9.0 rating. — 9 years ago

I am really enjoying this cab blend. So well balanced with about 1/2 cab, 30% garnacha and the balance samso. So nice to be able to enjoy the harmony with a reasonable 14.5% alcohol level. Don’t get me wrong, I like massive cabs too but not every time I pop a cork. My sincere appreciation to Will Burkholder for introducing this Spanish beauty to me!! — 8 years ago
