Good classic Champagne taste. Pear and a bit of toast. Lots of fine bubbles. A bit foamy for my taste but well made and re freshingly crisp. — 8 years ago
Sitting on the lanai in Grand Cayman sipping the wine 2012 one of the more reasonable wines for sale here. Going down very easy lightly peppered with plum and blueberry fruit taste possibly coffee. The color is dark and the aroma is as it tastes with pepper and dark fruit. — 8 years ago

Super dry, you might even miss that it's Apple but that's okay. Half way into most ciders I'm over it, no such problem here. Which is good because it's comes in a 650mL bottle. — 9 years ago

Smells like the tropics . Like tropical flowers. It transports me straight to the Cayman Islands. Sweet but not cloying. Silky texture. Pineapple heaven. I want to take a bath in this. — 6 years ago
