Great example of savoury Syrah. Notes of chicken liver, foie gras, leather, olive, and herbs. Good, but not as exciting on the palate as the nose. On the lighter side of full bodied with balanced acidity. Fantastic wine with food. Try with beef or lamb stew. — 9 years ago
