Decanted about 30 minutes prior to service; enjoyed over the course of a few hours. The 2007 pours a deep ruby color with an opaque core; medium viscosity with moderate staining of the tears and some signs of light sediment. On the nose, the wine is vinous with powerful notes of ripe red and dark fruits: brambles, kirsch, plum, tobacco, purple flowers, green bell pepper, leather, cocoa, and earth. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium+ tannins and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+. This is positively delightful right now and there are little signs of slowing down. Drink now through 2037. — 9 months ago

Sour red and black cherry fruit on the palate with additional notes of figs, black olives, woody herbs and black pepper spice. Nice hint of charred oak on the medium-plus finish. Just a glass, but it was stunning. On the nose, notes of red fruits, peaches, flowers, chalk, herbs, spices, and light smokiness. Super saline and energetic on the palate, with a nice citric drive. Just so tasty. Wish there was more, but I was late to the party and that was all that was left for me. I guess I should be grateful. If anything, it firmly confirms my love for this cuvée - definitely one of my favourite rosés in Champagne. — a year ago

Wow. Pretty easily the best white wine that I've had (I've not had many).
Great nose. Some nice depth there, some kind of earthiness that I've never experienced w a white. Great, a little poopy, in a good way. Nice popping fruit, great acid.
Too hot, alcohol a bit high. Bit it a prob all a package deal. The fruit maybe wouldn't be as nice otherwise.
Medium bodied, nice & creamy, but not too heavy. The acidity keeps it fresh & light, I think.
