Italian cream soda, caramel du sel, dried apricot. Hints of sherry and nori umami, with a rich creamy mouthfeel. Finish goes on forever. Think vin jaune aged in sauterne casks by the ocean in sanlucar de barrameda. Malvasia from colares, Portugal. Can’t believe this is only 3 years old. — 5 years ago

A very pleasing, exciting, and effervescent white. The nose is flowers, ripe berries, and green apple, while the palate offers a zingy, pleasing green-apple acidity balanced by a little sweetness and a tingling effervescence. A touch of minerality in there too. The finish is clean, a little sweet and quite refreshing. Hard not to just quaff this one. Delicious. — 5 years ago
